SureStay by Best Western Clermont Theme Park West

I arrived at the hotel late at night after a very long and exhausting travel day. Between the flight, transportation, and the rain, I was completely drained and honestly just hoping for a quick check-in so I could rest. What I experienced instead was exceptional hospitality from the staff member working the night shift at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism that immediately changed my mood after such a difficult day. You could clearly see that this person truly cares about their work and takes pride in providing great service. Their positive attitude, patience, and welcoming energy made the entire check-in process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to meet someone who brings that level of dedication and enthusiasm to their job, especially during a late-night shift. Employees like this are the reason guests remember a hotel and want to come back. Management should be very proud to have someone with this level of commitment representing the hotel. Please recognize the night shift front desk team member who helped me — their kindness and professionalism made a real difference and turned a very exhausting day into a wonderful start to my stay.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. My family and I were down from GA for a funeral and the first hotel we booked that was just a couple blocks away was terrible. So we found this heaven sent place and from the moment I walked into the doors it was breath of relief. I was greated with a very large bright smile and friendly faces. They took care of me right away. They catered to my every need which was a room on the ground floor. One of the best things, was just how they took my bad situation and made me feel like I had no more worries. They lifted so much off my shoulders. I very much appreciate these wonderful employees who represented the Best Western and will forever make the Best Western my hotel of choice as long as employees like these amazing people are there to make it a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for being there for my family in a time we needed it most. Forever a loyal and grateful Best Western member.

Stood here with my husband back in Sept. We loved our stay. Very clean and spacious room. Plan to stay here again.

Good and clean rooms, you get what you pay. Best western has never disappointed me. Will recommend to anyone who's looking for rooms is profile of similar 2 star hotels. Proximity from Disney is okay.. Not too far not too close.

I stay at best western all of the time and had no clue this hotel was even there. Stayed here on a recent trip back to Florida and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Just your average hotel. The thing that made this hotel above average was the manager. He was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. This factor alone will bring me back next time im in florida! Thank you so much for making my stay enjoyable!

Clean, cool, calm place to rest and recover from a busy day. The room access is covered external hallways. The bathroom was good but the tub was missing a drain stopper and the shape was uncomfortable. The breakfast is standard continental, but the automatic pancake maker is neat and has a clear side so you can watch how it works. The coffee maker makes great on demand coffee. Rooms are large and have all the amenities needed minus a full kitchen has a small fridge freezer and microwave. The service was great, had a very late check in, no problem. I left my laptop charger in my room accidentally on checkout and they called me promptly, so I could get it without loosing time. Excellent and attentive cleaning staff. Close to theme parks too.
